Hiring and evaluating the superintendent is one of the main responsibilities of a School Committee. In this Learning Lunch, we’ll review the Massachusetts system for Educator Evaluation as it applies to superintendents and discuss how to make it a manageable and meaningful process that can help move the district forward and further a productive relationship with the School Committee.
